Had a dental procedure scheduled months out for my child. Called every couple of weeks to try and get a quote because I know my insurance is awful and I wanted to try and budget for things. Called multiple times and was either told I'd get a call back or to try again later. SIX days before the procedure they call me and tell me my out of pocket costs for the FACILITY charges (not including the dentist and anesthesia charges) was $3,530 and they required payment up front. When I told them I didn't have that their 'generous' payment plan was ~$800 up front and then ~$900 for the next three months. They were shocked when I cancelled and mentioned they take credit card too 🙄 I get the prices are out of their control because of insurance, but things definitely need to be communicated better and with more notice. Oh, and I tried to get a quote from my insurance directly and they told me to contact the facility because they were sure what coding was going to be used.

This surgery center needs to be shut down. They left something inside of my body. Knowing that my independent surgeon can only operate there, didn't deter them from scheduling and then canceling my surgery for removal. I have stopped anticoagulants twice because of their negligence. They would rather patients die than actually care for them. The "we care" logo is shameful

SHADY BILLING PRACTICES – BEWARE The only reason this review has one star is because the nurse who cared for me was wonderful, the front desk staff were also very kind and the anesthesiologist (a separate company) was excellent. Unfortunately, everything else about my experience was unacceptable. The waiting room was uncomfortably cold, like sitting in a meat locker. After surgery, I was balance billed $830 over my Good Faith Estimate (GFE). When I contacted billing, the supervisor, Sandy, was dismissive and rude. They claimed I was in the operating room for 123 minutes (over 2 hours) and billed me for 2 hours 15 minutes, even though my GFE covered only 90 minutes. Here are the facts: • My surgery was scheduled for 9:00am, but I wasn’t taken into the OR until around 9:45–10:00am (I was still texting while waiting for another surgery to finish). • My surgeon called my husband at 10:35am to say the procedure was complete. • My husband was called back to recovery at 11:16am, where we spent only about 15–20 minutes before leaving just before noon. That means my actual OR time was about 91 minutes, not 123. When I pointed out the discrepancy, Sandy insisted there were notes saying someone checked on me at 12:30pm—an impossibility since my husband and I had already left by then. I also requested documentation to support their billing. Instead of sending it (as they had done previously), Sandy demanded I come in person to retrieve the rest. This is unprofessional stalling. To make matters worse, she claimed my procedure was “cosmetic” and therefore excluded from protections under the No Surprises Act. This is false. My procedure addressed real physical issues and regardless, balance billing rules still apply when charges exceed the $400 threshold from the GFE. This is unethical and potentially unlawful billing. I will be filing a complaint and considering further action. Bottom line: This surgery center appears to target self-pay patients with inflated, inaccurate charges and then tries to bully them into paying by hiding behind “cosmetic” paperwork. Until they fix their billing practices and hire ethical staff, stay far away from this place.

Exceptional care from literally everyone I encountered while there! Clean and comfortable facility. I would not hesitate to return if the need should arise. I have already recommended them to others.

I Just finished Surgery today and I would recommend. Cheap than a Hospital. People went out of the way but my Health in Care.
