My care team at Polaris Surgery Center were wonderful. From the security personnel upon arrival to the post-op nurse assisting me into my vehicle, I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and a more professional team.
In was an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door. People were extremely nice and helpful in every way. The update were perfect. Everything was on the schedule they told me. Our pre surgery nurse, Johnna, was amazing and helpful and made us feel right at home. Nurses in the operating room made my son feel very at ease. Our post surgery nurse, Laura was the best. No words to describe the experience.
All personnel I had experience with were courteous/friendly/ professional/and answered all questions. I was always made to feel comfortable. Great experience-other than having surgery. That went well also. Highly recommend 👍
I had a complete ankle replacement two days ago. Surgery started right on time. All of the staff was very professional and accommodating. I received a check up call the next morning as they said they would do. I would recommend this Surgery center even though my surgery was an out patient procedure, I'm sure in patient would be just as accommodating.
