I had a very pleasant experience with not only the doctor but with the two people who assisted her. Everyone was nice, caring and professional. And also my wait time was not very long.
I honestly can’t believe how poorly they manage people’s time and needs. They canceled my appointment three different times over the phone, and considering how long the wait is to get an appointment, it was already frustrating. Then the day of my appointment finally comes—8 a.m.—and when I arrive, they tell me the doctor they scheduled me with doesn’t take my insurance. This was supposedly confirmed by them beforehand, yet somehow now it isn’t. Their only solution was to offer me a new appointment a month and a half later. It’s unbelievable that they think it’s acceptable to treat people’s time like this.
