Outpatient Surgery Center Of Hilton Head

Went in for double scope procedures, everything was great. All staff were friendly and put my mind at ease about the details. I was lucky and ended up with a good staff scheduling…the nurses work well with each other and had fun. Just being in a work environment with good chemistry gave me confidence in the whole establishment. The icing on the cake was a follow-up call from Dr. G the next morning.

I had my first surgery here 10 days ago and the service was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and informative. They also help put my mind at ease. The follow up afterwards is great. The personalized card we received impressed my family others. Thank you. I highly recommend them!

This review is for all of the A ladies who helped me today! Yes, all of their names began with the letter A. They should be called the A+ staff! :) Ann, another Anne, Alicia, and thank you to Angela who saw us out in such a kind way! I know I am missing others names such as the cheerful and efficient front desk lady, and other staff including the anesthesiologist prep-even another A.) They were all professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Dr. Gilbreath is a stand out Doctor. You can just tell he is experienced and educated in his field. He has a fantastic bedside manner and temperament. He took the time to explain everything with photos. This place is run like a fine tuned machine! It makes you feel comfortable regarding scary procedures. It is also clean!!! Can’t say enough about my positive experience under the necessary circumstances .

Had the best experience at the center. Everyone was incredibly friendly, super organized and very knowledgeable. The process is so streamlined that you don't even feel like you are waiting at all before your procedure. Would highly recommend! The fact that they followed up in the mail with a card wishing you a speedy recovery that was personally signed by all of the staff that you had engaged with during the process was just incredible to me.
