Dr Andrew Hagar just performed a total hip replacement on me at the surgery center and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was a little nervous getting the procedure done, but Dr Hager has a way about him that just puts you at ease. He is very thorough with his explanations and extremely nice. The team of nurses was incredible too. Sarah and Lauren were so nice and went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. This obviously isn't something anyone wants to do, but if you have to, this is the place to go. Wonderful facility and even better people.

Dr Wiley is the best! I recommend him highly and often. However Concord hospital signage is horrible. I went to three buildings before i found 264 Pleasant St. Can you tell me, and all the other patients that were lost , why there are no numbers on any of the buildings on campus. While I was in the waiting room, several other patiences were sent to or in the wrong building. Seems like an easy problem to correct. Back to Concord Orthopaedics is the great. The staff is wonderful and accomodating and you know you are in good hands.

I have had a disappointing experience with this practice on two separate occasions. I initially underwent surgery here several years ago with the same physician, which was unsuccessful. Despite that outcome, I returned years later for a second procedure with the same doctor for the same issue, and unfortunately, that surgery was also unsuccessful. I followed all recommended aftercare, yet I continue to experience poor results. While I understand that surgical outcomes can vary, this has been extremely frustrating. The most concerning part of my experience was the lack of communication and accountability, particularly with billing. I experienced significant difficulty reaching the billing department, and communication was unclear and consistently delayed. Over the course of several months, I made multiple attempts to contact the billing supervisor directly and never received a response, despite being told she was the appropriate point of contact. The complete lack of follow-up left me feeling ignored and unsupported while trying to resolve an important financial matter. When I asked about financial assistance related to an insurance issue, I was informed that, as a private practice, no assistance or income review would be offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice to patients who value clear communication, accessible leadership, or support when navigating billing and insurance concerns.

Dr Casey is an amazing doctor and I am so glad that he cares for me. The young girl Carissa who registered me was warm and incredibly pleasant while also being efficient in her job. Kudos to Concord Ortho for having these two amazing people on there staff.

Concord Orthopedics and the doctors there are amazing. The whole staff is great. I recently saw Dr Klingler, who was able to assist my trigger finger ASAP. Great experience!! Earlier that day, I saw Dr Gentos for my bunion, hammer toe, and previously broken ankle. The info he provided to me is very valuable and I now have options. Thank you, Drs and Concord Orthopedic staff for being so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
