One moment, please

I have been a patient for many years and took a long time to find a practice that I feel comfortable with. However, the waiting times get longer and longer each time I visit. You surely need to take a half day off from work to be seen at the facility. The staff at the front desk told me the doctor is 30 minutes behind after I inquired why I haven't been called in 45 mins after my appointment. I was seen over 1.5+ hours after my appointment time (mind you, I was 15 minutes early to my appointment). To wait 45 minutes unclothed in an extremely cold room is absurd. If it wasn't for Dr. Graf I would have found a new office by now. She is always so kind and caring that she makes you endure such long waiting times just for her care and expertise. I never understand why there is such a long wait and why the doctor is behind schedule because she is with me for only 15 minutes for each appointment. I truly am on the fence about returning to this practice after this experience. I should also mention that my appointment was rescheduled 2 times prior to me seeing the doctor, apparently due to schedule changes. This was frustrating in itself.

Good location, plenty of parking. Elevator acess. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Short wait time, quick turnaround. Dr Ferrara is amazing! She walks through every step, answered all my questions, and had a plan in place for potential outcome. Please go ahead and book an appt especially if its your first time. 10/10 highly recommend this office

I’d like to start off by saying that I’m a health care clinician as well. As usual, despite her busy schedule, Dr Graf comes through. She listens so well, is attentive, and really involves the patient in their decision-making. The office staff is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I just started coming here for care for my first pregnancy since my OB retired. I’ve seen Dr. Zuniga and Dr. Wimmer and though both have different personalities, they were both warm kind and took the time to answer questions, would be happy to see either! I haven’t had long wait times and Bridget the ultrasound tech is super nice and cool as well. Happy with my decision to come here so far.

I’ve had such great experiences with Dr. Wimmer and the West Orange team throughout all my years of being a patient, until this week. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, 11/6, so I was sent a link to check in on Monday 11/3. I checked in and uploaded my insurance card. On Thursday, I arrived for my appointment only to be told I could not been seen because they do no accept United insurance. I was understanding of not accepting United, but the lack of professionalism I could not accept. I informed the receptionist that I’d done what I was responsible for, as far as providing my info during my online check in, however the office had not done their part in reviewing my information prior to my service. The receptionist, whom I didn’t get name but was an African American woman with twist in her hair, very condescendingly said “we don’t take United”, passed my card back, and ended the conversation. There was no apology for my wasted time, rather she informed me the computer doesn’t check for what type of insurance cards are uploaded during check in, which I thought was an inadequate response that demonstrated a lack of accountability. Once I got home, I called the office with the hopes of sharing my experience with an office manager, however I was sent to voicemail. I did leave on voicemail on 11/6, but have yet received a call back. I waited a month for this appointment, only to get there and not be seen. This was a very disappointing experience with this office.
