This place is absolutely disgusting not to mention the fact that they are very slow. I have pictures but obviously they got that blocked so nobody can see how disgusting it really is. They don't even take the paper covering off from the last patient and the damn bed fell apart. Again I would like to post some pictures of this Dump. Their blood pressure cuffs don't even work. Don't people do anything manually anymore? Kind of hard to break a cuff stethoscope. Usually when I go to the doctor they do like temperature blood pressure weight. Not here it's a guessing game.

It is the worst place to visit. My mom had a procedure scheduled at 9.00 am; and waited in the waiting area until 11.00 am. Again waited for about an hour and a half in the room for the anesthesiologist to come and the procedure started around 1:00 pm. Front desk people never receive the calls. I called multiple times and left voice messages; but never got a callback and had to schedule the visit just to complete the prescription that the doctor had written but without the quantity of tablet; for which the pharmacy refused to release the medication. Next time; she had an appointment on Wednesday and a procedure on Thursday; so I canceled the appointment for Wednesday a week before since she has appointments on Thursday. They send me the bill for missing an appointment. Worse place to visit for treatment that is run by real estate for profit only.

I was extremely worried about doing my procedure here, even after going here for years. The front office staff is not the friendliest group and they do not return calls. When I tried to call with a question after receiving my reminder text, the voice-mail was full. So I called my primary physician. However, upon arrival, we were taken back quickly. Pam was the one who set me up and was great with the IV. The staff for the procedure were so friendly. My concerns were quickly relieved.

Three hours is a crazy long wait time for such a short procedure. Our appointment was at 9:45 a.m. They wheeled him back to begin at 1:02 p.m. The staff are great but it seems really understaffed. Very sweet people with great senses of humor. We also really like the doctor. Two stars for the people. But we would never want to come back. Its very outdated and dirty. Not sure why the chairs haven't been replaced (they are broken in, covered in dirt and stains and one had weird white powder all over it. No way these things are cleaned.) No seating for the amount of people booked. We had to stand for an uncomfortably long time until a seat opened. Thats an issue for the elderly. People were sleeping in chairs everywhere. It was the worst experience we have had with an appointment. Take a 6 a.m. appointment if possible. I PROMISE you its worth it. Otherwise you are there all day with a lot of grouchy people.
