Oak Crest Health & Wellness

I feel extremely blessed and fortunate to have found Oak Crest. I moved my dad to this facility approximately two months ago and the staff continue to blow me away with their kindness, patience, willingness to help, and the obvious love they have for their job and the residents. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiling faces and people asking if they can help you. The facility, including resident rooms, are always clean and smell good. For the first time in nearly 10 months, I am not having to constantly worry about if my dad is being cared for properly, being treated nicely, or if he is getting his medicines correctly. I have complete faith that he is wonderful hands. 

I have enjoyed my stay here, it's been 4 years !!! I have never had any problems in the facility with my care or wellbeing. I feel very safe here and I feel the staff really cares for me. Our residents are having the best time working together and presenting programs for Black History Month !! It’s been so good to see the community they have developed and friendships they have made. We truly are one happy family ❤️ 

The staff is outstanding and will take care of any problems you have. The rehab department is excellent and worked with me and challenged me to get better. I highly recommend !! If you need therapy or long-term care this is the place to come! 
