Had outpatient surgery here for my foot..as soon as I opened my eyes in recovery they started throwing my clothes on for me to leave, did not bother to help with bra and just threw in a bag. handed me crutches and walked me out to my ride pulling me out because I could not walk on the crutches..my friend had to pull me in the car with no bra on which was very embarrassing we were not related and was a male friend..did not offer water or anything for my dry mouth after waking up..I've been here several times before and had a good experience but this has turned me very bitter about this facility.

Thank you Stefanie, Jen, April and Wanda for your great caring service that you provided during my August colonoscopy. The procedure, doctor, and staff were all first class.👍 However, about 2-3 days after my procedure I became very ill from a stomach virus, projectile vomiting, fever, stomach pain, headache, fatigue and nausea. I almost had to make a trip to the ER because I felt so awful. Please clean and sanitize your bathrooms thoroughly before my next visit. A feel sorry for the many other folks who also become sick or possibly died due to the infected and unsanitary hospital bathrooms. Thank you.

Called me the day before my scheduled surgery, after verifying my medication list (which they had on hand for months), they let me know we would need to reschedule my surgery due to one of my medicines. The day before my surgery. When I asked why no one said anything I was told it’s a “new process.” Absolutely terrible patient care.

I was there for cataract surgery, once for my right eye and once for my left eye. Both visits were great. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out, no wait, a great facility with a great staff!

Very disorganized and terrible communication . Didn't inform my husband of the date and time of pre op covid test. He had to drop everything and go when they called with no advance notice. Later was informed I have to stay at the hospital but can't bring my 5 year old daughter in the waiting room. Was only made aware of this during teb surgery (not before) and it was done in an unprofessional, rude manner.
