I have now been here 3 times as the caretaker - twice for my mother's eyes & today for my Autistic daughter's ear. All 3 times we have been treated incredibly. I can't speak to any billing practices, as I wasn't the patient, but their care was top- notch! Very calm, patient, friendly, and kind. I thank you all for taking such good care of two of the most important ladies in my life! Both came away feeling great about their experiences.

Hidden Fees, No Transparency — Avoid Haymarket SC. If you value honesty and fair billing, avoid HSC. Their practices are exploitative and abusive. HSC charged me surprise “facility/time overage” fees after two surgeries ($350 in 2024 and $492 in 2025), despite full upfront payment. When I exercised my legal right under Virginia law to request an itemized bill, they flat-out refused — sending only vague “receipts” with no detail. After more than 12 attempts to resolve the issue, HSC stonewalled me and continued to demand payment. This isn’t an accident — it’s a pattern of predatory billing echoed by other patients. HSC hides behind paperwork because their model is clear: profit first, patients last.
The nurses were super nice to me during my procedure and kept me very comfortable and they all were extremely very hospitable! I enjoyed my visit and had the quickest discharge ever
Had a wonderful experience. We brought our daughter with special needs in for dental work under anesthesia. All of the staff and nurses were so incredibly compassionate and caring. The communication was excellent before, during and after the procedure. I could not recommended this surgery center enough! 10/10 experience. Thank you to all the drs and nurses!
