What incredible care experience everybody was just so great. I cannot express it enough from the time I checked in the check in receptionist was amazing. The nurses the prep was amazing. The doctor is amazing. Everything was amazing. They’re kind they’re caring their gentle. I just can’t express enough of my experience I 110 20%. Will go back if I need anything else And I will recommend you for the rest of my life. What excellent care service
Dr. Chase was so nice and very assuring regarding my procedure and recovery! ALL of the nursing staff, and I mean ALL were so nice and informed me before and after every step they were going to do! The Anesthesiologist was very nice and explained what he was going to do during my procedure. Both receptionists were extremely nice and kept the waiting area in a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Northern GI.
The ladies at the front desk were amazing, so reassuring to my wife who was very nervous. The nursing staff, likewise was wonderful and caring. From the exam to the car afterward, and then follow up several times. They are the example of what great Nurses are! And finally, Dr Coombes. He's been wonderful always, and continues to be great. Thanks to all. Everyone went above and beyond !!
I had a great experience here. Nikki the RN was very comforting and so sweet. I was pretty nervous and she was by my side the entire time. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable and supported. My procedure was quick and easy and the doctor gave results right away. Facility was clean and organized as well!
Well, for one thing, this is my first time getting my GI looked at by anyone. The nurses were great and very helpful with information about the procedure. They were professional but very friendly. You felt relaxed and at ease. It was over and painless when I came around in recovery. The Dr was very sweet too. I am glad I finely decided to get it done.
