My recent experience was wonderful. Every person I encountered from the front desk to the checkout nurse treated me with respect and compassion. The staff all work as a team and everything runs in seamless progression. Information and reminders were all very thorough and assured that I would be fully prepared for my procedure. Wonderful team, well planned and functioning facility, and a very positive experience all for a procedure no one looks forward to experiencing.
I received very detailed and easy-to-follow instructions for the prep. The facility is close to where I live and is very clean and orderly. Everyone with whom I interacted was very kind and professional. The anesthesia worked great, I was completely out during the procedure, which is a good thing! No problems after. Went out for a nice meal of Thai food (I was starving!). Food never tasted so good! Sorry, I don't have any photos I'd care to share (and they'd better not either!)
Made an appointment weeks ago with Dr. Hanson. I didn’t want drive all the way to Vadnais Heights but needed to get in ASAP. I was contacted 20 min prior to them closing the office the night before my appointment to tell me the doctor cancelled. I am IRATE! I have been dealing with painful digestive issues and now they want me to come back in another 2 weeks?! I’LL JUST BE OVER HERE PUKING AND MISERABLE FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS WHILE I WAIT. 0 regard for their patients. I will find a different gastro closer to home.

I visited this clinic for the first time today and had an excellent experience. I saw Kate Gaffney for a chronic esophageal condition, and I felt thoroughly listened to throughout the entire visit. We discussed my current treatment plan as well as possible changes, and I was very satisfied with everything we talked about. Highly recommend.
