Mom had surgery here and they went above and beyond in her pre and post care. The nurses and staff were there every step of the way and explained every single detail so she could get the best possible results. Christian was especially helpful. I really appreciated their care and efficiency. I can trust if she needs anything else in the future she’s in good hands. It’s extremely clean and easy parking as well it’s right on the water with lots of restaurants and stores (including a mall) around if you have time to kill. As all medical facilities are it’s cold in there so bring a sweater.
Update today, 12/29/2025, they may have processed our refund a couple minutes ago, if true, we will halt all further collection actions. Oigional post ---> My wife had surgery here and we accidentally overpaid for the procedure. We were recently informed that they are cash strapped and can't refund the balance they legally owe us. We talked to our attorney who confirmed the overpayment through her EOB and is currently filing complaints with the proper authorities. Will update as soon as I hear more. Our story is not an isolated incident we are being told, and a requested interview was just received by my wife to shed light on this growing problem with a documentary being written by a local author called, "consequences of a broken system". We will update our plight as the story gains traction in an effort to help protect the public from this happening to you.

Had a surgical procedure here yesterday, it was the most efficient, caring, pleasant experience anyone could have at a surgery center. Due to a previous issue during surgery, they had me come in to speak with the anesthesiologist prior to the surgery and I found them all very comforting and that they really looked into things beforehand and not on the day of the procedure. On my procedure day, they had found a few questionable issues and they acted on them SO efficiently, I got a little nervous, but all was okay. The staff was AMAZING, they seemed to all work as a team and were very kind to each other. They explain everything to you so you’re not wondering what’s going on. I didn’t wait for anything, I went back right away and they started immediately. There was literally no down time waiting around. This was a fantastic experience. Very professional atmosphere! Thank you all!
