I will give a negative star if there is an option to do so. Although the office visit was not bad, the experience afterwards was absolutely horrible. They provided the wrong coding for my visit to my insurance company and refused to change it. I was being kicked around between billing and the office staff for months, without resolution or direct access to my PCP. The messages I left at the patient portal were read and not responded to. I waited for 5 months for an endoscopy procedure ordered by my PCP, only to be stood up at the prep session and told the procedure was canceled. No one called ahead time about the cancellation or afterwards to reschedule. They don't care about their patients' wellbeing. The only thing they seem to care about is money. Don't be fooled by the shiny new building. There is a nightmare waiting for you inside.

I just went through another MRI and Cat Scan at Mass General Brigham healthcare center in Salem New Hampshire on February 2nd 2025. Another great experience from the moment I walked into the building and welcomed by the receptionist until the completion of the processes. A big thank you to Christine and the entire team that took care of me. The entire MRI/Cat process was seamless and painless . The team was professional, highly competent and caring. With the need to complete everything they have to do to ensure safety and precision of the testing..... they did it all, including ensuring my comfort. Thanks so much to everyone there. Can't say enough.

What is the phone number to this place Need to reschedule an appointment and you get boston every time Ask them for the Salem NH number and they tell you your calling Boston and we don’t know that phone number. Boston should have all the offsite location phone numbers. Now i have to drive to Tuscan Village since not website has the correct number and not one person knows how to get a hold of the Echo department at Tuscan Mass General Brigham

This location is terrible with appointment when checking in. I have been to the salem location about 8 times and always told Doctors are backed up and running late. The haverhill Ma and Lawrence MA locations are by far busier and never has excuses. Always 1/2 hr past my appointment or longer to be seen!

Nice clean facility and doctors and nurses are great BUT, you can never see your PC doctor without an appointment. I had the gout and needed meds couldn’t be seen, same with Covid or any other illness or injury. Their system is terrible, you can’t wait 2 weeks to be seen for certain symptoms. Also trying to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner is almost impossible, 1-3 days for call backs ridiculous
