Awful service the doctor Virgina H was the worst she did an awful job. The lady at the front and the customer service was nice. The doctor was terrible she decided she was going to diagnose us but not give us any medication for what we were sick with. She didn't know what she was doing sometimes I feel like doctors don't care or listen to their patients because they think they know everything... you should listen to the concerns from your patient and what they feel and what's going on in their bodies...AI could have told me what she told me. She didn't even help us I brought in myself and my two children because we have been sick. She didn't listen to what I told her and didn't care about her patience concerns. Awful awful service from a doctor. The doctor Virgina H that took care of us cared more about getting out of work then she did taking care of people what a shame because I thought that when you become a medical professional that they want to take care of their patients and they want them to get better but instead she treated us awful and didn't do anything for us. Shame on you for doing this to your patience just because you don't like your job and don't want to help people why did you become a doctor in the first place.....

I was not pleased for a long time with Lexington urgent care but I sure got your top doctor the last time I was there!! Dr Bobbit was the best I have had! He listened to me, didn’t rush me out, and knew exactly what was going to help me! 24 hours later I went from a sick zombie to a person ready to face the day feeling like a million dollars! Please keep him!!!!

We went there for an emergency today and they did a great job. They were fast, kind , efficient and it was very clean! Edited Dec 3. Everything above is still correct , the staff , nurses are great - but this last visit was disappointing bc we felt dismissed and incorrectly diagnosed on Saturday My daughter had been very sick with high fever ,and nonstop coughing, weakness fatigue vomiting and not being able to stand without passing out. We went in Saturday morning after 7 days of this (I had gone to regular doc prior Monday and what he gave her didn't work and then it was thanksgiving and they were off. )We ended up at LMC UC Saturday - am. The nurse and check in was great. It was clean. But The doc rushed us, told me that she had back to back viruses all month and she just needs to wait it out told me to go off her antibiotics . She was still very sick on Monday and I took her to regular doc. He did an x ray. She has pneumonia. He gave her shot and new antibiotic and she was better by Tuesday. Lmc is usually great and I know it's not perfection and it's difficult to emergency treat this type of thing .

I would give zero stars if I could! My daughter was refused IV fluids when she went in after vomiting all day and having diarrhea while being 11 weeks pregnant. She also has Gastroparesis and POTS and gets dehydrated very easily. She had already taken Zofran at home and was unable to keep it down. The staff was rude and very dismissive and it’s infuriating that they wouldn’t treat her with fluids!

Took my daughter there yesterday and today all they want is a quick pay day. Not concerned about children at all. Told them she had an incident at school and her back was hurting from that incident and all they wanted to do was test for covid and flu. Both doctors were rude, guess she just needs to wait till her regular Dr.
