I was not an established patient here i had an emergency & no Dr. Im self pay which is how this ended up an emergency because I was worried about cost. I called just short before closing & they got me in next day. The girls here are great. They was so nice & accommodating. Dr Bolino is amazing. I cant say enough on how greatful I am. It was very affordable & this center took such good care of me. The place was very clean! I couldnt even be in a room with any kind of light. Due to weather on mon everything shut down but they made sure i got in asap for my folliw up that i did try to put off. Thank you all for your kindness & being so accommodating.
I was greeted warmly at check in. Andrea was friendly and efficient with my testing. Dr. Roman did the exam. She answered my questions and explained her answers completely. I have full confidence in the staff and skill at Lee Eye Center. Dr Lee would be proud of everyone there now.
Dr Ward is the absolute best! She is so friendly and down to earth. We love her approach to all of our vision needs. The staff is also very friendly and easy to talk to
It was a nightmare. The nurse anesthetist was cruel beyond words. I am practically phobic about my eyes, putting eye drops in is an ordeal. I was terrified and no one cared. I shake just remembering it. I was called before the day of the appointment when, at that time I was given no choice but to prepay. Smh.
This is the BEST place to go if you need eye exams or anything to do with the eyes!! From the time you walk in till the time you walk out EVERYONE is so nice!! Dr. Ward is the BEST in my book! Highly recommend!!
