I had cataract surgery today at Lane Surgery Center Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rebekah ant the front desk was very sweet and helpful! April was the nurse who prepped me for surgery - she is so good at her job - she has such a calming voice and helped me relax before my surgery. She explained everything thoroughly- what to expect, what I would hear in the OR, the procedure, etc. In the OR, I believe it was Vicki and Disney and they were both very nice as well. I don’t remember the names of the other nurses who helped me when I came out of surgery, but everyone was very kind and helpful.
The staff and nurses are professional and efficient. I was made comfortable and reassured about my procedure. Dawn was especially helpful and caring during my visit.

Great staff, from reception, to nurses, to anesthesiologist, to surgeon. It's kind of an assembly line, but very efficient. Friendly, caring, communicative. Lots of warm blankets.
The staff at Lane Surgery Center is awesome! Kind, respectful, knowledgeable and caring. A+ On the other hand, from what I've heard, the ophthalmologist I had is a good surgeon, but my experience with him as a human being (is that asking too much?) has been unsettling at each visit.
