I want to recognize the incredible nurse who prepared me for my recent neck injection. I have very difficult veins, and even experienced EMTs have struggled to get an IV in—especially in my “bad” arm. But this nurse was absolutely amazing. She got it on the first try, painlessly, without hitting a valve. That alone says so much about her skill and precision. On top of that, she was kind, calming, and made me feel completely at ease before the procedure. I wish I remembered her name because she truly deserves credit and recognition. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful experience feel so smooth and positive.
