I just returned home from my colonoscopy. It's 11:30 am, and my appointment was at 10:00 am (included is a 15 minute drive). From arrival to departure, every person and procedure was efficient and outstanding. Dr. Lily Tran performed the procedure, and explained everything before and her findings afterward. Dennis, the pre-op nurse was great and all of the technicians were kind and helpful. The anesthesiologist, who introduced herself as Brenda, also put me at ease, along with the nurse during the procedure whose name I didn't catch. Of course, the magic of propofol never fails to amaze me. It's not fun to have to have them, but if you need a GI procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Lily Tran and her excellent team.

I started with this doctor because the one I wanted couldn't see me for 2 months. Well anyway so far I am very unhappy with the staff! They say they r gonna call me but they never do, I have to call them 2 or 3 times. They never got back to me yesterday so I called early in the morning and again at 2pm. They haven't got back to me. They were supposed to change my medication because I had a very severe reaction from it. They just seem like im annoying them. I am not sure if the doctor's are good or bad because they sent me to the Nurse Practitioner. I wish i could get my $70 copay back. 🙄 UPDATE: they never got back to me at all. I called the office at 5 minutes to 5pm and they kept me on hold for a very long time! Then I called back and whoever answered the phone said "give them a chance, they make their phone calls after closing ..." i waited patiently and they still did not even call me back! Unbelievable! My condition is kinda serious and I looked up my symptoms online and Ai said to "call your doctor immediately!" I've been without meds for 3 days now!! They were also supposed to get my records from my previous dr. And no one could answer if they got them or not. This is so frustrating!I wish I never started with this practice!😡😡😡

Complete waist of time.I made an apointment to see what my options where for a future date before i went to work. I told the office what I didn't want to do he came in wanting to instantly do what I didn't want to right then and there. I told him I couldn't I was on my way to work. I asked what other options I had he acted like he was to busy to talk about my options and come back when I was ready for the procedure and just walked away. If you care about having options or any say so avoid coming here. Unfortunately I have to give atleast one star. I should have looked at all the 1 star reviews before waisting my time.

Waited 2 1-2 months for an appointment then the morning of my appointment I got a text saying that my appointment was cancelled. I later got a phone call that there was a scheduling conflict. I think I will find another doctor.

This place was a 0/10. First off, the waiting room is dirty. I don’t like going to medical offices where the floor is dirty, it really doesn’t give a good experience. In addition, the ladies behind the desk were talking extremely unprofessional. I was embarrassed for them. I have never in my life been to a doctors office where I left feeling like the way I did. I had been having chronic stomach issues for over a year. My family doctor referred me to this place after she ran as many tests as she could. I went in telling the doctor that I was not willing to have any procedures done at this time. I was hoping for any advice or guidance without any procedures. When he found out I wasn’t willing to have a colonoscopy or endoscopy, he immediately had his had on the door while half answering my questions. It was incredibly unprofessional. He would not answer my questions. I told him multiple times I was not willing to have the procedures yet. I wanted to give my stomach time to heal before putting it under more stress. When I left the office, the office ladies tried to schedule my procedures. I told them no. They continued to pressure me and sent the medication to my pharmacy! I said “no” probably ten times! If I were to guess, this place is a money scam.
