I would like to share feedback regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, my interaction with Erica and Cindy in X-ray was not a positive experience. Their communication felt dismissive, and there was little effort to engage with me as a patient. At one point, I initiated a greeting myself by asking, “How are you today?” in an effort to create a more courteous exchange. Working with the general public—especially individuals who may not be feeling well—requires a high level of empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. These qualities are essential to ensuring patients feel respected and cared for during their visit. The interaction I experienced did not reflect those standards. On a positive note, Dr. Ruark consistently provides exceptional care. His professionalism, attentiveness, and outstanding bedside manner immediately restore confidence in the overall quality of care. He is truly a shining example of what patient-centered service should look like. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the patient experience moving forward.

Dr. McDonald was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and very personable. I appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. I would certainly recommend Dr. McDonald, and will be seeing him again next week for a surgery. Carrie Burton I posted the above review before I found out I won’t be having surgery because of a rookie mistake by a member of hi clerical staff.

Dr. Watson‘s nurse was very warm and inviting. I was impressed with his PAs knowledge. She patiently explained all my options if surgery was necessary. Dr. Watson went over the options, and then gave me his best advice as to what should be done to correct the problem with my foot. He answered any questions I had and really put me at ease about the surgery. I have complete and total confidence in Dr. Watson.

Dr. Tucker was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly. It took 8 minutes from first time patient paperwork to being called back to a room, all while the waiting room was full. All of my issues were addressed and I never felt rushed, only genuine concern to address my injury.

My husband and I are very frustrated and unhappy with the way the ladies in the back office has handled the process of preparing the paperwork for his disability. We have visited this office three times since my husband’s surgery. Only one time the paperwork was done correctly without any complications or issues with the insurance company. Please note that it was not done by the ladies behind the desk. But the nurse practitioner who did it correctly. It was legible and completed with the right information for the insurance company to process. When the paperwork is done incorrectly it creates a multitude of issues. Then it becomes a big mess trying to get it cleared up with disability insurance. Not to mention the frustration for the patients and time spent. If you do call to try to get the problem resolved you can never get anyone to answer or even return a phone call. I understand that the office is a very busy place but they provide a service and if they are too busy to answer a phone. Then it gives patients an impression that they don’t care. That is a problem in itself. We hope that this review will provide some insight into what we have experienced and there is room for improvement for office procedures and the handling of critical paperwork and phone calls. But not all is negative the doctor was wonderful.
