Heritage Eye Surgery Center

I had a great experiance. Everyone was kind and comforting from entrance to exit. Dr Jones was very aware of the need to minimize scarring and everyone else went above and beyond. It was a smaller intimate office instead of a big informal atmosphere.

Had eye surgery scheduled here 01/17/23 with my eye Doctor who I really trust and like. However, first problem was the location/area. Not the best area of OKC but also not the worst. But, building is old and drab inside and out. Compounded by two homeless people parked by the building both of which appeared to have some mental issues. Then inside the nice lady tells me I have to wear a mask???? Seriously? That was it, I’m not part of the sheeple herd so I don’t do mask! Moreover, I didn’t feel at call comfortable with the location and didn’t want my wife sitting on the office or in the car!! Again, perhaps getting eye surgery there would’ve been great but I’ll never know and I will not ever have any eye surgery performed there no matter how medically competent the staff.

Do not trust this office. I had an eye exam and my medicare was to take care of it in full. She went on and did some more test without telling me there was a charge for those tests and medicare. She should have told me but she didnt. She charged me $130 more for these test. This office is not honest
