I had a great experience with Dr. Briggs for my endoscopy!!! The doctor was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. The entire process was completed in about an hour or so, and everything went smoothly. They even wheel-chaired me to my car afterward, which I really appreciated. I was also given clear pictures and a thorough explanation of the results. Highly recommend their care and professionalism.
I would have liked to talk to Dr after procedure and not rely on my husband's memory ☹️. Nurses were wonderful and had a new Dr I never met before. When I first came to GSI I had Dr Briggs (in old office) then another Dr and now a 3rd. All done, in office with no input from me, or explanation as to why. I'll probably have a new Dr when I come back in 7 years.
