I had a colonoscopy here recently and wanted to leave a review because the entire experience was much better than I expected. From check-in through recovery, every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and respectful. The nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist all took the time to explain things and made sure I felt comfortable. No one made me feel rushed or dismissed, which meant a lot. What stood out the most was the atmosphere. There was absolutely no mean girl energy or attitude anywhere. Everyone was calm, patient, and genuinely pleasant. Procedures like this can make people nervous, but the team made the whole process feel easy and seamless. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this office.
What a great experience! From check in to check out, everyone was friendly, compassionate and professional. Dr Rhodes has been my GI doctor for several decades. I will miss him when he retires. His kindness, humor and concern are matched with his skill and years of experience. The pre-procedure nurse was kind, concerned for my comfort and gently started the IV. The Nurse Anesthetist told what was going to happen with each step in the process. Dr Rhodes introduced his team, then asked if I had any questions. The NA put me to sleep, and next thing I know, I’m awake back in my room. Dr Rhodes came in and said everything looked great, explained it to my wife, and we were shortly ready to go home. I wish everyone’s medical experience could be so good. It takes quality staff and a strong support system to make this possible. Thank you to the team at NorthEast Digestive Health.
The faculty at the facility were all very professional and thorough with explaining and guiding me through the whole process from beginning to end. The nurses and doctors were all very patient and helpful with all the questions the day of my colonoscopy. The procedure was seamless and had me in and out of the facility within the morning. They followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went well. I can't praise them enough for streamlining a process that is very involving and essentially for my longevity. Thank you for all that you do for the community!
Almost got my procedure canceled due to some miscommunication but my nurse resolved it quickly. These people are extremely friendly and they all do a great job. My doctor is very personable and easy to talk to. Very positive experience. So far I believe my digestive health needs are in good hands and will continue with them as one of my health care providers.
