It's hard for me to imagine a more dishonest, unprofessional, unethical, detestable, and overall disaster of a medical business than this place. If you enjoy being treated like garbage, being lied to, and having your time completely wasted, than this place is for you. The place is run like a poorly managed fast food establishment. The office and administrative staff are the real problem here, not the medical staff. The waiting room is a crowded mess where elderly patients find themselves having to stand while waiting for their surgical appointment. The office and administrative staff do not care about the patients and they don't even pretend that they do. This place is majority-owned by Northwell Health, a medical corporation that has deep concern for its bottom line but no concern or compassion for its patients. This review is my opinion about this business and you might find that your experience differs from mine. With that said, I cannot recommend this business and advise people not to visit this business.

I was the October 3rd for my cataract surgery with Dr. Malik. From the receptionist to the nurses were all kind nice and helpful. I am going back there for my second surgery if all goes well. Thank you for all you do.

My dad had his surgery here, Brianna was so kind and had so much patience with my elderly father. Communication at this location is great. Staff keeps you informed and they explain step by step with the upmost respect, empathy and privacy.

This office really needs to get more organized! My mom had surgery this morning, and was told to arrive by 8am (1 1/2hr before surgery). Dropped her off at 7:55am. They told me to head back in two hours to pick her up. Given, I didn’t expect for them to be exactly on time. I arrive 2 1/2 hrs later, and guess what? SHE HASN’T EVEN GONE INTO SURGERY!!!!!! Are you serious?! The reason? Some patients arrived earlier than their scheduled time so delayed everyone else. Excuse me but the WHOLE purpose of scheduling is to designate a specified time. Why should my mom be pushed to the back of the line because other people can’t follow clear instructions?? Those people should have to wait and those who arrived at the correct time be taken in!!! They didn’t even have the decency or courtesy to call me and say hey, we are running behind, give us a call in this long to see if she’s ready. NOTHING. No apology, no consideration. I drove 40 minutes to get here and now stuck waiting around for who knows how long!! Beyond livid at how inconsiderate this office is and how poorly it’s run. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

This center is a well oiled machine! Every single person I encountered had a smile and good word. It was immaculate. I couldn't have asked for better!
