I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Richard Hernández and his entire team for their outstanding care and professionalism. From the very beginning, everything was exceptionally well organized and clearly communicated. The coordination prior to the procedure ( colonoscopy) was smooth, and I truly appreciated the kindness and clarity provided by Heizel during the preparation process. On the day of the procedure, I felt supported and at ease thanks to the professionalism of the nursing staff, especially Svetlana/ Stephanie (post )and the warm welcome from Vilma at the front desk. Every step was handled with care, respect, and efficiency. This time, everything was perfectly planned, communication was excellent, and the results were outstanding. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Hernández and his entire team for their expertise and compassionate care. My sincere thanks and blessings to all of you.

I just had an endoscopy this afternoon at the Baptist Hospital facility on Galloway (SW 87th Avenue) in Miami, performed by a most wonderful, professional, caring, experienced, gastroenterologist by the name of Dr. Gustavo Calleja. I cannot speak highly enough of this doctor, and feel so lucky to have had him and his team do my endoscopy today. I must also mention that everyone at the center was incredibly warm and professional, from the moment I came in, the receptionists, nurses, the anesthesiologist, every staff member with whom I came in contact with this afternoon, was caring and reassuring, friendly and warm. I highly recommend this doctor, staff, and this facility if you need to have an endoscopy. Thank you to Dr. Calleja and to the kind, professional team that took care of me today.👍🏻👏👏❤️

I had an outstanding experience at this medical facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The front desk was efficient, and the wait time was minimal. The medical team took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and well-organized. It’s clear that patient comfort and quality care are a top priority here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional medical service.

Front desk staff is amazing. They are quick, polite and helpful. Nurse Kim was very engaging, not only with me, but with other pts. The vibe in the procedure room was friendly and the music 🎶 was great. It was a nice experience.

Everyone was very kind and helpful to me. It took four people to find a vein in me. Both arms and finally on my left hand were poked and finally one was found. They kept saying I’m sorry because they knew it was a little bit painful to keep trying. They were great! Explained everything very well to me. It was my first colonoscopy and I was nervous and they helped make everything go smooth. 🙏
