Franklin Endoscopy Center

My son recently had a procedure at FSC to have his broken nose re-set. It was a fast, relatively simple procedure, lasting only 15 minutes. The staff and physician were all very competent and professional, and we have no complaints with them at all. However, the Center's billing procedures have been completely appalling. We paid the surgery center in full on arrival and, after they changed their contracted rate with our insurance companies 10 days AFTER the procedure, they have now attempted to balance bill us for the difference after the fact, even though his procedure occurred well before their agreement with our insurance company changed. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility if at all possible.

I am the mother of a disabled son who TRIED to navigate his surgery adventure. How this place even has a 3.5 review is beyond me! There is absolutely NO consideration or compassion. You are a number. He tried for days with no one answering the phone! Myself and his dad took off work for a surgery that had been cancelled and NOBODY even called to let him know. Finally reached someone who was not the scheduler to find out information for him. We were thinking this is Franklin we will get the best care here rather than a small town. NOT! Do yourself a favor, read the reviews. If your doctor does surgery anywhere else, go there. The only thing they will be reaching out to you for is the payment and you better get that in writing.

Do NOT get surgery here. I’m seven months into trying to get my patient overpayment refunded, and this surgery center is still withholding my money. I’ve had to call weekly for updates, and every time I’m met with excuses and no resolution. Their business practices are extremely questionable and their customer service is unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that treats patients with honesty and respect.

I was apprehensive at first. Communication was not as smooth or timely, in advance of my procedure. Though they always returned my calls. The office was also a bit difficult for me to find (Signage could be better). Partially because my driver let me off at the building back door. Once in, the office was small making it seem crowded. And the front desk person was not great at multi-tasking. However, once back all went better that well. Cheyenne was personable, efficient and really great at making patients feel at ease. She introduced me excellently to who I would be seeing, and when, and where I was in queue. The anesthetist, Tripp, was equally as comforting, patient and kind. I appreciated his sense of humor and interest in my comfort. The other nurses, in the operating room and the person who escorted me out, (anesthesia prevents me from remembering their names) were also focused on my care and well-being. If you have to have surgical care, this is the team you want.

Very professional and kind people here. They treated me like a king and I feel very confident in the staff and surgeons. I am very thankful they took me on as a patient .
