This place is amazing, all the nurses treat are the patients with respect and care. One of the nurses named Patricia she’s amazing nurse and treat me & my dad with respect. This place is amazing really is. If you want to check your vision I’ll recommend this place, this place have a good location.
You have to clear your entire day for an appointment here. The amount of time you spend in an airport and on a flight is less than the wait time here. If I could close this place down I would. They have patients in as early as 7 am and leaving at 12 pm and later. The doctors don’t get in until 9-11AM and by then it’s swamped. Even when it’s empty the wait time is the same because why are you booking appointments for so early when no doctors are in. Some techs and assistants don’t get in till 8 and later and again the wait is forever they call 1 person per hour and then you I have to wait for the next test and the doctor etc
The worst place to be in for your eye care. There are other clinic with better doctors, better staff and better waiting time. If you have insurance do not go here. Doctors come in 3 hours after your set schedule and doctor's assistant have attitude that makes you feel you owe them something. Do not go here, go somewhere else.

Very long wait crowded waiting room I couldn't believe how many people they put ahead of me today and just to be mistreated by a heavy set Hispanic women with no bedside manners who should not even have that job I pray God changes her evil spirit she didn't no me from a hold in the wall and was very nasty to me and my husband when I left and was finally finished and came out was not a soul in there waiting to be seen I can't believe they did that to me and I'm elderly the doctor was very sweet and I am glad I got to be seen before my ride came with all the bs they pulled today 10/24/2025
