Dr Mitts and her staff are a sublime eye care team. I went in for a routine checkup and the entire process felt like I was in a well-oiled machine, but with a caring attitude, friendly banter and at a pace I was comfortable with. They take the time to explain each step thoroughly, answering my questions along the way. Special mention to Erin, a specialist who did much of the "lifting" before I saw Dr Mitts. She had a professional attitude, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. There are many eyecare centers out there, but you don't need to look further than Northland and Dr Mitts
very good experience - I had an infected sty so was uncomfortable - but the staff was more than courteous - and Dr. Connor Brass was most personable and knowledgeable. He explained my situation which he said was "advanced", but gave me an antibiotic eye drop and pills. I definitely would recommend his office.
The bad news is they were running about 20 minutes behind. The good news is that they let me know that up front and asked if that was okay. I had something to read so it was not a problem. I'm not sure if it was quite that long, but I when I got in it went quick. They weren't rushed but didn't dawdle. I felt like they were thorough and professional. Thanks!

From the moment I walked in the ladies up front were FRIENDLY, Ryan who completed my eye testing was AWESOME as he was conducting my eye testing and we had a GREAT conversation (I would like Ryan to do my testing next year!) and Andrea who performed my retinal testing was SUPER in telling me about the test and what to expect, and Dr. Mitts and her assistant WOW WOW WOW the exam was very thorough and Dr. Mitts explained my results completely and the check out step was EFFICIENT in the payment process and scheduling next year's appointment!!!!
