I was scheduled for surgery and they canceled it 2 days before I was due to have surgery due to bmi. I was not having cosmetic surgery but a surgery cancer related! They had my pre op paperwork for A WEEK before all of a sudden deciding they could not allow me to have surgery at their location due to BMI! they couldn't even call to tell me they canceled my surgery. Talk about discrimination. 🤬
Absolute lack of respect for people’s time. Cancel appointments if you are running so far behind (3+hours behind). Instead, patients are waiting in pre-op for hours without the ability to cancel. This was a very common theme among others in the waiting room. One woman said, never come here early, appointments are always behind.
the flow of everything from check in, to pre op, in surgery to after surgery was awesome. all of the staff was amazing! If you need to come here for a procedure, you will be in good hands. 🙌🏼
