If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! If you want to be treated like family I would recommend DOSC. Everyone was extremely friendly from check in to check out!! Our daughter had surgery on her foot at Doctors. What an absolute nice, clean and comfortable facility. We felt well cared for from the time we walked in the door! Reception, nurses, docs were incredibly friendly, supportive and attentive to her needs. They all went above and beyond in her care and even followed up to make sure she was doing well at home. Very positive experience at this surgery center. Staff was outstanding. Made you feel comfortable and overall a positive experience as having surgery can be.
Staff were great, Meghan was our nurse and she was absolutely wonderful. When things didn't go right for my husband, she stepped up and anticipated our needs every step of the way. Billing dept let us set up a payment plan. Facility was clean and one nurse even gave our son some cars to play with. Meghan deserves a raise though. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough.
