Diversicare of Boaz

This place is terrible. No one knows what to do like the blind leading the blind. They don't have a good relationship with the patients and seems like everyone here just views this as a job. If you're in healthcare of this type you have to love these people this has to be personal for you or you don't need to be in this line of work. Taking care of elderly is the same as taking care of a child they are special and they need special attention. I pray this place gets someone in here to change this place cause it's bad. 

Very unprofessional staff that don't care about residentsy grandmother was here until her fall due to neglect of staff no bedrails on bed putting call light and remote out of reach that is why my grandmother fell out of bed reaching for remote and know has broken bones in both legs never send anyone here 

If you care about your loved one Please don’t send them here. It’s not the employees fault they are doing what they can. This place has been so understaffed for years. It was wonderful when it was Golden Living, Diversicare took over and the employees left. The corporation doesn’t care about the patients or employees. If you don’t believe me go by there especially at night. Call lights are on and not enough staff to help these poor people. Sometimes one aide to each hallway. Our elderly people are being ignored and left behind. If I could give them a zero I would. 
