Tried to get to Optum, went in a lot of circles, squares, definitely the long way around. Took 40 minutes on the google path when estimated time was 18 minutes. No traffic delays, made it with 1 minute to spare. Definitely needs some work.
The doctor and nurses were very compassionate and explained everything very clearly. There was literally no waiting, upon my arrival I signed in and went straight to the pre op nurse. They are fast but efficient, professional and courteous. I will certainly recommend this facility to others.

From the moment I walked into the door to when I left, I received excellent care. The front desk reception was welcoming and helpful. The before and after care nurses were professional and friendly.
