Earlier today I had went in for an Endocospy and the facility was so nice and clean. From the receptionists and everyone I had an encounter with was so nice, sweet, and professional. To the CRNA Tanya you are more than appreciated. Not sure of the other young ladies name that was in the room with her but she's more than appreciated as well. Also thanks to Dr. Garza. They really made me feel so comfortable. Just the small conversation about the room feeling like an Igloo at the time calmed me down lol. Not to mention I was so proud to see my fellow beautiful black Queens in the building.

We came here for my husband’s endoscopy. My problem is the scheduling hours. When patient is scheduled to come at six for endoscopy at 7. As good patients arriving always earlier , we arrived 15 mins earlier using UBER service . The temperature was on the 30’s . We never expected that the door stays close until 6 AM. My husband is sickly, weak , feeling so cold, no place to sit down. I was so worried that he would collapse. He wanted me to call an UBER to go back home. I was calling the number inside but only a recorder. The 2 people at the front desk were completely ignoring us although my husband was trying to get their attention. One of them later on signaled 6 using her fingers with irritation on her face. Old sick people should not experience standing in cold weather to get a procedure. There should be a clear instruction that there are no seats while waiting to open at 6 and patients should not be scheduled to come at 6 AM . I am not happy with the way scheduling is handled. I have no problem with the nurses and Doctors. I would prefer other facilities if there is another option .

I contacted this office regarding scheduling an appointment after being referred. I was later told that this practice does not accept patients directly and only accepts referrals from specific hospital systems, which was never communicated upfront. As a result, I spent time waiting for care that was never available. When I called to clarify, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful. Clear communication and basic courtesy would prevent unnecessary delays for patients seeking care.

I can't say this is a fun place to visit, but it's extremely well-run and efficient. I was here for a second visit 10/8/25, and Britt, Mariam, and Steve were especially kind and helpful.

had my second colonoscopy today and the level of professionalism, kindness, and service were exceptional. wish every doctor’s office ran with such care. ppl get but hurt when they’re running behind yet fail to think, someone ahead of you may have not finished their prep making it a longer process and taking more time. i just love dr. vesy.. and bailey, crna, and milla they were the best! would highly recommend dallas endoscopy center and dr. vesy!! ♥️
