I had a procedure done here and couldn’t help but leave a review. The two front desk ladies were super sweet (can’t remember the name of the lady who greeted me but Gladys checked me in. Both were super sweet.) Jamee, Michelle, Ann M, Maddie(Anesthesiologist), were all very kind and supportive! That means a lot, I wasn’t excited to be there but they made it comfortable. I was also impressed on how they treated each other. You could tell they were a team and willing to lend one another a hand! Dr. Hentzen was very kind and helped me feel comfortable!
Hi everyone I'm just reaching out to let everybody know that (Cypress surgery center) is the most amazing organization here in Wichita for surgery, And possibly the best here in Kansas. The staff from checking to discharge where amazing, checking and I was nervous is ever I can ever be they help that situation. The bedside manner from the nurses with second to none. The checking staff was kind and sweet and made me feel welcome. I would love to be the spokesperson in commercials for Cypress surgery. And the most important thing of my experience here was I am a transgender female in a treated me with respect never made me feel uncomfortable not once and I thank you guys for that 🙏 this one is special to my heart I have a 4-year-old daughter with autism spectrum 2 with ADHD and they helped out with the situation with him waiting with my wife until I was done with my surgery and again thank you awesome you guys are the best, 💯👍🙌🙏🌈

I received the BEST care here. I loved all the nurses that took care of me. One being Kristen and the other being Garrett. All the others were great too.
I had a wonderful experience for my procedure. Gladys at check in was friendly and efficient, my lovely nurse and care team were the same. Dr. Bunting did a fabulous job and got me breathing better again. The facility was clean and kept my spouse informed every step of the way.
