Crystal Run Ambulatory Surgery

During my visit I was treated by such a wonderful staff. My care team consisted of: Alexis (Scheduler), Jen T (front desk), Trish & Kim (pre op nurses), Christine (procedure room nurse) and Betty & Jennifer (recovery nurses). They were all very kind, attentive and had the best bedside manner. They took excellent care of me. I am so grateful to them for creating a calming environment during an anxiety filled time. They were truly the best. Great job ladies.

I had an excellent experience at Crystal Run Ambulatory Surgery Center. The entire facility was spotless, organized, and extremely well run from the moment I walked in. Dr. Angeline was exceptional. He has a calm and confident presence that immediately puts you at ease, and he explained everything clearly and concisely before the procedure. You can tell very quickly that you are dealing with someone highly skilled and experienced. His professionalism, bedside manner, and ability to make patients feel comfortable are genuinely top tier. My pre-op nurse Tiffany was kind, attentive, and reassuring, PA Brian Dudgeon was excellent, and my recovery nurses Taj and Sarah made the recovery process smooth and comfortable. Alexis made scheduling simple and efficient, and Jen T. at the front desk was welcoming and professional. Overall, this was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Every staff member I interacted with was competent, compassionate, and highly professional. I would absolutely recommend Crystal Run Ambulatory Surgery Center to anyone needing a procedure done.

I cannot say enough about the kind, professional and compassionate care I received during my surgical procedure. From Ivette and Gina who greeted me with beautiful smiles and checked me in. To Caroline and Nancy who prepped me and stayed by my side until surgery. To Dr: Hardcastle and his team. Amazing! Anesthesia who explained everything in detail before and made me feel comfortable. To finally Karen, Ellen and Sara who took wonderful care of me after. They were patient and caring. You can tell every one loves what they do, and are amazing at it. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I had a Great experience today at Crystal Run Ambulatory Surgery Center. At the front desk, I was greeted by Jen T., who was warm and welcoming. I then was taken to Pre-Op by Trish, who helped put me at ease. Once in Pre-Op, Trish, Janice H, and Caroline got me ready for my procedure with Dr. Alex Gershenhorn. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Gershenhorn spoke with me prior to the procedure and went over everything with me. When I woke up from recovery, Janice H helped me reorient to my surroundings. Dr. Gershenhorn, met with me in recovery to explain his findings and check on me. I had a wonderful experience with EVERYONE involved with my care.

I had the best experience at Crystal Run Ambulatory. From Alexis who scheduled me, Jen at the front desk , Holly in pre-op, Sue, Erick, Jen, Dee and Karen! A big thank you for a smooth painless and efficient procedure. The place is immaculate and very friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease after being so nervous.
