The nursing staff were great.BUT this was a wellness procedure and was supposed to be covered 100% both the surgery center and the physician office coded the procedure otherwise , no one will review or listen to me, the only response I get is " are you going to pay the bill" I have paid over a thousand dollars for a wellness procedure , now I just got another bill for 400 dollars . I called the surgery center and got the exact response to my statements . At least have the common decency to review my case . My insurance instructed to tell them the procedure was coded incorrectly. When I tell either entity, it goes in one ear and out the other . I have had this procedure done 2 other times, obviously not with this group, and never had to pay a thing. I will never go back to to either place . Unhelpful , unfriendly , uncaring and unprofessional .
