YOU’LL BE HERE FOR THE ENTIRE AFTERNOON!!!!! My stepdad had a colonoscopy here. His appointment was at 1:30. We arrived at 12:50. He didn’t get back into the doc till just after 3. His ‘probing’ was just about an hour. So we left just before 5. Why schedule people a time only to be 3 HOURS LATE!!! Seriously. 3 HOURS! It’s a 10-20 minute procedure. My mom has had many as she has UC and Crohn’s disease. So there is ZERO reason for taking that long for a routine procedure. Not to mention it cost my parents $1200!!!! WITH INSURANCE! This place is a joke! Find a better place before you give them any money and 4 hours of your time!!!
Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Explained what was going to be done and what to expect. Afterward explained the results clearly. Didn't feel any pain whatsoever. Was very impressed with the whole staff and facility.
Dr O & all the staff were great here. I was treated very well & felt very comfortable during my procedure. I really appreciated the phone calls to check on me after I got home too. Great place with great staff. I would recommend this facility.
