What a wonderful facility. My wife and I have had four procedures over the past few years ranging from a total hip replacement, carpel tunnel, and rotator cuff repair, and always the same experience. The place is clean, well run, and best, the employees are super nice and kind. Not a sour puss in the bunch. My wife had Robin in recovery yesterday, and pretty sure once before. What a wonderful and patient person. Answering the same question multiple times for my anesthesia-foggy brain wife. I can't speak highly enough about this staff. I will request this place should I require another surgery.
The care I received at Clarkston Surgery Center for my colonoscopy was great. Dr Stecevic and his team explained everything, answered all my questions and did an excellent colonoscopy procedure. I would recommend them to anyone.
Called us an hour before our procedure to tell us our arrival time needed to change. They said they wanted us to arrive early but we couldn’t get there any sooner. We showed up a few minutes before our arrival and waited SEVENTY minutes before being called back. After they asked us to arrival early. Unbelievably poorly managed. My wife hadn’t eaten for 26 hours at that point and for them to just flippantly make her wait an additional hour past the scheduled time AFTER asking us to get there early is unbelievable. You all can thank my wife for talking me down from making a scene. Shame on you. If we were an hour late, we would be charged hundreds of dollars but I guess it’s fine for the doctors. Unreal. I’m pissed and I guarantee you we will never return.
Had surgery on my right leg here. The staff is amazing. So friendly and very thorough. They make you feel so calm and supported. In the day and age where patients tend to be numbers for insurance companies, they really embody the importance of good patient care and bedside manner. Special thanks to the nurse Lindsay and my recovery nurse Alan. And to all the members of the Anesthesia team, from the nurses to Dr. Glaceur (sp), thank you and you are wonderful people.
Between my wife and I, we have used the surgery center on a few different occasions. I can honestly say that each and every person that we have encountered throughout each of our visits has been absolutely amazing. From Chris at the front desk, thank you for easing my wife’s anxiety, to the PA’s, nurses, anesthesiologists, and of course Dr Mansour, we will not even contemplate going anywhere else! Thank you all for caring and being exceptional at your jobs!
