Heather and Jamie were my phenomenal nurses! I was greeted by Heather with a great big smile and kind words. She made me feel comfortable in every way. I’m forever grateful! Jamie was extremely nice as well and followed up after surgery with explaining my recovery plan. I had excellent care by everyone there! Doctors, anesthesiologists and nurses.
Dr. Wudel and the team at Centennial Lakes really made my surgery very easy! Everyone was super transparent, informative, and it was clear everyone cared that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Yolanda, Michelle, and Cindy (as well as the other nurses who helped me out) were all amazing before, during, and after the procedure. They also called me the next day to check in on me, and again, just made this process as easy as possible! Would highly recommend this surgery center, their nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Wudel to anyone and everyone!! :)
My surgery went very well! I expected a lot worse from the procedure recovery by internet stories, but everyone at Centennial made sure that the process went smoothly and without pain. The nurses were friendly and communicative and made sure I was comfortable and had tv to watch while waiting. The anesthesiologist Dr. Hendricks (sp?) was also excellent and informative.
They claim on their website that it's "The right surgery, experienced physicians." I disagree with that it. It should say "The wrong surgery, inexperienced staff." The nurses are disrespectful and rude. They take away choice. Last I checked I'm a grown American woman. My body, my rules. RESPECT THAT. They made remarks on everything in a negative way. They made me feel majorly unsafe, like they were going to kill me. One dumb nurse couldn't even get the IV in. They treated my family like garbage. One of them made a snide comment about my family member having hair dye on her face, implying she was stupid. They barked at me and moved me around like a carcass. They didn't even know what Tylenol Arthritis is. They thought it had Aspirin in it. If we took Aspirin we'd be puking, so no, it doesn't. Go back to school and pay attention this time. Skipping and cheating doesn't count as passing. The surgeon was great, but this may have been the worst experience I've had at a clinic, despite the fact that when I was 16 years I got my wisdom teeth out and some guy accused me of eating. Fire everyone and restart from scratch, or better yet just close your doors forever.
Angie and Heather, The nurses that help me today, were absolutely phenomenal. I can’t say enough! You will be taken very well care of here
