I would give no star! I would recommended going somewhere else if you’re in as much pain as I’m in. My referral was sent over 7 days ago and still no word from Eda or Eta about my referrals and it funny when you Walk into a drs office no one’s on the phone. Next review will be on the Dr there. Please call soon. These headache are getting worse. I’m sure I’ll get an accuse like we need to check with your insurance. You think Dr Anderson would have done that before send my referral over Wow!!! So I just got a call from Eda! What a review does. Kim you should fire this lady. She wants to escalate and lie and how my phone was getting a busy signal. It’s a cel phone no busy signal EVER. Hopefully they get the right injection right
Ten stars! Cascade Spine Center is EVERYTHING a person would expect from a fully trained anf fully prepared & equipped medical facility. The Willamette Valley is very fortunate to have this facility. From the front desk to the exit; everyone in this facility knows every aspect of their job(s).
Excellent bedside manners from all staff. The nurses, anesthesiologists and Dr. Anderson are fantastic. I’ve required three procedures there and I genuinely trust them with my life and with managing my medical issues. I’m grateful for all of the work that they do here. It’s sad that I will most likely have to keep coming back due to the issues I have from a car accident, but I’m so grateful that I get to come here. I am a registered nurse myself and have a really high standard for the care I would like to receive, and they have gone above and beyond every single time.
I truly believe I received exceptional care today during my procedure with Dr Jason Anderson and his nursing team and staff! I was under a very short time frame to have this procedure performed before a future upcoming scheduled surgery. Spinal Diagnosis and Cascade Spine Center made it with a couple days to spare. About 5 staffers/RNs helped me thru. Very professional the entire time. I had 2 shots. The 2nd one was painful ...my BP went down to 80. I was mildly.nauseated afterwards and they gave me a dissolvable Zofran. I am fine tonight. Highly recommend Dr. Anderson and Cascade.
