Every time I use this facility, it’s always wonderful. It’s clean, the nurses are wonderful, it’s so easy to check in. My doctor is fantastic. She discusses everything with me and ask if I have any concerns and in the procedure is done so quickly you hardly know you were there. I highly recommend this place. It’s fantastic.
My husband had a procedure here. From his perspective, and I must agree, the experience could not have be better! From the moment we walked in to when we left everyone was professional, kind, and courteous. The nursing staff was attentive and made sure my husband was comfortable as well as awake enough to walk on his own and also escorted us to our car. They called me back to be with him before that to help him dress and most importantly to speak to the doctor and hear results. Dr. Victoria Jaeger was very nice, approachable, and professional and answered all our questions. We are so grateful for all the staff and the way everything was done. My husband felt very well taken care of, and that's saying alot as he has a fear of hospital type settings. Thank you Dr. Jaeger and your wonderful Staff! Keep up the excellent work!
I felt heard as a patient with a previous horror story. Dr Dever is very knowledgeable with good bedside manor, and approaches prevention with prognosis instead of jumping into surgery right away. I trust him. IGA may give you an estimate but doesnt necessarily call your insurance, which I reccommend always advocating for yourself financially. The nursing team was incredible, they work together and are light hearted folks so it eased the aprehension. The first time I scheduled a colonoscopy I had to cancel because it was accidentally scheduled as an endoscopy. Everyone makes mistakes and I am glad I didnt let that get in the way of rescheduling for the correct procedure. I appreciate everthing they have done for me!
No one would say this whole process is enjoyable, but I think Dr. Mccoy and the crew did a great job. The communication was exceptional, which made it so much easier to maneuver through the pre-diet, etc. I am sharing a photo of what I ate after I was finished. All the staff were so good to talk to me about what I had to look forward to when I was done (I complained about how starved I …) and the best restaurants to go to. 😉
No concerns or questions. Everyone from very nice administration lady at front desk (didn't catch her name) to Carrie, Amy, Trenton, Kylie, Brittany & Dr. Jaeger where spectacular in their job & concern for me. I so appreciate all the work Everyone demonstrated to make me comfortable & at ease. Definitely an 11 out of 10. I have an EGD in February. I look forward to another fantastic visit. Thanks to all.
