I have had nothing but good experiences at Campus Eye Group. Super friendly, very welcoming, answer all questions with a beautiful smile. And they give plenty of detail on anything that might be going on. Every single worker is so professional and amazing to work with. I would recommend going to them a hundred percent!
Person who did initial exam was very helpful in explaining and listening to my concerns. Very informative Dr that was thorough and kind. The man who helped me pick out my glasses, Charlie I believe? was super helpful during my indecisiveness and he ended up picking out the perfect frames that compliments my aesthetic on the first shot. Overall pleasant experience and can’t wait to receive my glasses!
The whole experience is always great- from scheduling the appointments to walking in to these wonderful receptionists to seeing the ophthalmologist and even getting the glasses. Never had a problem getting in or being seen and my glasses before they were even expected. They don't try to upsell you and I've never had an issue. Highly recommend coming to campus!
The support staff Campus Eye is excellent, they are courteous and very professional. Dr. Devore Is very good, he explains everything in an easy to understand manner and tells you what to expect down the line. I have been using Campus Eye for years and I’m very satisfied that they are taking care of my vision needs. My only complaint with the service is having to fill out the same paperwork by hand year after year. Maybe it’s time to computerize this information and allow a patient to fill out these forms ahead of time online. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.
