Excellent place to get your outpatient procedures. Clean, comfortable, and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Elluru is an excellent hand and plastic surgeon. If you have a choice to go here or the hospital, I would recommend Brookside.

I had surgery Tuesday, at Brookside Surgery Center. I honestly can say they are the best! From start to finish. Extremely friendly, professional and kind. I really don't understand some of these negative reviews. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them.
This place is amazing. It all starts at the front desk. As soon as I walk in, Maddie and Traci are pleasantly prepared to check me and genuinely take concern in my well being. I've never felt safer, comfortable, cared for, and assisted in the way those two lovely ladies have made me feel. I live 3 hours away and I'll be sure I make this trip for this experience every time I need to. That whole front desk area are the hardest working clerical professionals I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in all my years on this earth. They deserve a huge raise and maybe even a pizza party. Maddie and Traci rock the house.
Overall, a very very disappointing experience. My wife broke her leg in 2 places and needed to have surgery. We make an appointment and the day OF the procedure they call and say then need $700 down in order to do the surgery. No advance notice made it a real struggle for sure. We got there and were disappointed at the lack of communication regarding what was to be done exactly. We were told it would take a little over an hour and 5 hours later I was getting worried a Dr. or nurse, (not sure which) walking out with his coat on told me it went fine. An update would of been great the lady behind the desk left long before Wifey's surgery was done. Here's the WORST PART...The next 2 days being the weekend they were not there to help so we had a number to call if there was something we needed help with regarding her surgery. There was more swelling and bleeding than we expected. The nurse was actually mean to my wife. She even made my wife feel berated by telling her that she herself has had surgery before and she KNOWS how it feels and that my wife should of expected it to hurt. WOW!!! Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is they said they would address that nurses rude behavior so hopefully she wont do that to someone else.
