My experience with Brainard ASC , has been awesome and my eye surgery is excellent! Everyone from my eye visit to eye surgery deserve a (10) out of (10)! The nurses and the doctor were very nice and polite! If l had to do this surgery , all over again! I will come the same people for both places
My husband had retinal surgery at this center yesterday, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The facility is conveniently located with ample parking, and the environment inside is clean and peaceful. From the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The entire process went smoothly, and the surgery was a success. We highly recommend this center for their exceptional care and expertise!
From start to finish every staff member was polite and professional. They helped me every step of the way and were absolutely experts at their craft from checking and review with the anesthesiologist to helping me get dressed after surgery and into my ride. I felt entirely comfortable and kept for like a family member. This was my first actual surgery and I was never uncomfortable or scared at all due to their high level of competence and support. Fantastic experience all around. The facility fee for me was $1400 and separate from anesthesiology fee and surgery fee so be ware of those extra costs.
Both my wife have been at Brainerd Surgery Center a couple times and they have never failed to provide the utmost, top-of-the-line care. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. They make you feel like a person, not just a patient.
Got lower blepharoplasty done. Still recovering, but I'm very happy with the results so far. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Surgery is always nerve wrecking but they soothed a lot of my anxieties :) They gave my partner a tracker to give updates throughout my procedure. Very glad I chose Dr Fedele as my surgeon and that he worked with Brainard!
