Service was excellent. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Noteworthy was the fact that I had an elderly relative who also has a hearing issue with me and she was sitting in the waiting area for a period of time while I was being seen. Seeing her there for some time, someone came out to her to check if she was okay and if she had an appointment that they hadn't checked her in for. Very nice that they took that action.
My sign time was very prompt, and the registration team were very friendly, professional and courteous. The young lady who took my vitals also showed the same courteousness. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr. Giancarlo was excellent! We had many questions that he answered, a few concerns that he addressed, and provided insights into our particular situation, and is setting up test and referrals for us. He has years of experience and it shows. To top it all off he has great bedside manners! We drove 1.5 hours for this appointment and it was so worth it! Thank you everyone! It was a great visit.
