I had a total knee replacement done at OSMS by Dr. Schechinger and I couldn't be happier. The level of care and expertise by the doctor and his staff made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands. Throughout the journey, they took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. I like that I was able to submit questions via the OSMS website and received answers back in a prompt manner. Also, the booklet that was supplied "The Joint Journey" really helped me understand and prepare for the surgery as well as post surgery recovery. I am now on the path to my goal of playing lots of golf on my new knee. Thank you Dr. Schechinger and staff for making this happen! I would highly recommend OSMS if you are considering knee replacement surgery.
From front desk staff to nurses and providers, my first visit at OSMS couldn't have gone smoother! They had next day availability, were running ahead of schedule, and even self-referred me to another in-house provider, all in the same afternoon! The kindness of everyone went a long way to ease my nerves, and the knowledgeable providers left me feeling optimistic about my upcoming surgery and recovery. I am so thankful for the staff and doctors at OSMS!!
Dr Hendrickson requested extra imaging to help diagnose my foot problem further. I had never had that particular imaging before. He was able to explain my issue in a way easy to understand. Answered my questions and recommended treatment that hopefully will avoid surgery. Thankful! I felt he was personable with good expertise and would recommend him.
I am so impressed with Dr Avery’s patience, knowledge and his kindness. Also his nurse is always pleasant and helpful. The front desk person- who is on the right side when you walk in is the best. She has shorter black hair. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Very helpful and patient. I am impressed with everyone I meet!
