Easy to get to. Easy to park. I really like my PA-C I see here at Ortho and I really like my Rheumatologist. I have been seeing him for about 12 years. Its far from where I live but worth the drive for the care I received. However, I do not love the Ortho surgeons I saw here in 2018. Two of them said there was nothing wrong with my shoulders. Just a small tear in my rotator cuff and it would heal. One actually said "the pain was all in my head." I went to Everett Clinic and found out not only was it not a small tear, both rotator cuffs were torn in half. I had to have double shoulder surgery on something "that was only in my head." So I can't say that I was pleased with their surgeons. So do your research on your surgeon.

Dr. Benedetti and PA Jenny Lee were a great surgical team. The plastic surgery department helped coordinate my FMLA and surgery scheduling with ease. The anesthesia team at the ambulatory surgical center were also amazing. Dr. Benedetti and the anesthesia team really heard my concerns about about my history of severe nausea with anesthesia so they advocated for appropriate medications to alleviate this and it worked great! Many thanks to the teamwork in my care!

Five stars for Tanya Richmond in the 1A Gastroenterology Surgery Center. It was my one year post-cancer surgery procedure so I was definitely feeling anxiety. From the moment she took me back until I was wheeled in for my exam, she made me feel more at ease. Reminding me to breathe. Gave me a warm blanket and hooked in the warming sheet because I was freezing and afraid. Explained things slowly and thoroughly. Her kindness more than made up for what happened after that. Kindness and compassion. I know we all seem to become another number after a while but, every once in a while someone like Tanya makes us feel human again. Thank you!!

Maureen Berberian is a nurse at Kaiser Gastroenterology Bellevue. She is very incompetent, careless about your future health. She Orders unnecessarily CT Scans with IV Contrast Angiography one after another, exposing you to a big dose of Radiation. She will hide the Radiation fact from you, won’t explain cancer risks from these procedures. She will order you to go do it. Because she doesn’t know anything in medicine. She reads only Radiation tests. She won’t listen to you. I don’t know how such angry person like Berberian can work for public?

Never had too much of a problem with actual medical personnel, but the company wants to bleed you dry. They now even charge to park and you have to go through security before you can be treated by urgent care.
