This place has really gone down and when I have my next child I will not be going to this facility first the The receptionist be loud talking about other patients problems like when I was sitting there waiting to be called they sitting behind the desk talking about a lady who said she was waiting on hold for 30 minutes and the receptionist lied told her they was very busy and they wasn’t then when I get to the back for my ultrasound the lady rushing me because they over booked their selfies and I’m was trying to tell her that my appointment was for labs at 9am and for my doctor at 9:50 am they talk to you any kind of way then will have you sitting there knowning your doctor is at the hospital and not coming and then when you asked them about how long everybody gets a attitude with you like you not the reason the place is still in business they are breaking all kids of hoops laws and etc but I will not recommend anybody that’s having a baby to go to this facility it’s not the doctors. It’s the nurses that worked there. They are very rude reckless with their mouth and reckless with your time.

Staff and physicians are very friendly and helpful. Check-in for routine procedure was quick and there was hardly a wait before getting started. Plenty of parking and places to sit in the waiting areas.

I made an appointment with Allison, a PA in the GI office at Meade parkway for some abdominal pains I’ve been having. My experience from the front desk, check in, and the matter of fact directness from this provider was incredible. Recognizing my pain her staff called around to find me an opening for a ct scan which revealed severe swelling. My follow up appointment with dr Ramirez was scheduled and handled quickly who has me in touch with a Gi specialist to address my issue. I can’t thank this entire team enough for their care and professionalism. Solid caregivers all of them. Just disappointed i can’t mention them all by name…

How do you have the first appointment of the day and still have to wait? Is this place just constantly under remodel will no work being done? I have more questions.

The physical plant is worn. The rugs appear dirty. Pulmonary patients should be closer to the entrance. Too far to walk. Support staff is courteous, helpful and willing to assist. Physician interaction has been inconsistent. Ranges from professional and proactive to condescending and defensive. I find this with Bayview Cardiology and Pulmonary. Willing to chalk it up to their own issues with the system, but both disheartening and unfortunate for patients to deal with these type of interactions. We come to them because we need their expertise and want their respect. They want our respect, but if we ask questions, we are deemed "uninformed" about our illness. Knowing you're very ill, doesn't preclude questions for possible alleviation of symptoms. No need for condescending and patronage. Not our fault, you're having a bad day. Clearly, my assessment.
