This office provides terrible service and inadequate patient care. We've been trying for more than three months to get interpreters scheduled for a deaf patient with an intellectual disability who has an upcoming GI appointment. Despite repeated phone calls, they do not return our calls or provide necessary information. We've requested several times to speak with Lynn, the secretary who handles interpreter scheduling, but she refuses to return calls and has not followed through on her responsibilities. Instead, the office decided they would only offer a video relay service, even after being told clearly that the patient requires live, in-person interpreters for effective communication during her medical procedure. When I asked to speak with Patty, the office manager, staff refused to transfer the call and she has not returned our calls either. This patient has the legal right to reasonable communication access under the ADA, yet this office continues to ignore accommodation requests. Their refusal to provide the required interpreters creates a serious barrier to care and shows a disregard for patients with disabilities. I would not recommend this office to anyone needing accessible or compassionate care.
If your health is important to you, please do not go to this practice! I have never been treated so badly at any medical office and being a type one diabetic, I have been in and out of doctors offices since I was six years old. I would not trust anyone in this office to even remove a sliver from my finger much less take care of anything Gastro related. If you can even get someone to answer the phone, good luck getting a message through. And if the message does get through, no one will call you back anyway. The lack of care and empathy for patients is nonexistent. If they continue to practice the way they do, someone is going to die, or perhaps that has already happened. I implore you…. If you care about your health, please find another practice to go to.
After having a tough time scheduling an appointment, I decided to come see the reviews. Can’t say I’m surprised to see a 2.5 rating. The first person I spoke with had an accent so thick it was difficult to communicate. The second person had dogs barking in the background. Rather frustrating. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
So much unnecessary gatekeeping in this practice. They have an outsourced overseas call center that only serves to take your information and can't actually help you schedule appointments or speak to the medical team.
Nurses are the best and Dr Trupiano is awesome I’ve had two Endos done and my first colonoscopy I was nervous, they were very helpful explaining procedures and findings won’t go anywhere else
