AMAZING simply does not cut it. Wow on every level, from entrance to exit. The welcoming nurse was kind and pleasant, follow up doctor Chelsea prior to procesure was superb, to Emily and finally the 1 & ONLY amazing and absolutely stunning Dr Stefanowski. A colonoscopy procedure went amazingly perfect thanks to this team. The place is IMPECCABLE, and yes yes surgery center are supposed to be like this but this one IS OVER AND ABOVE. Everyone was fully awake and on the ball at 6 am. Bravo, keep this place as superbly amazing and perfect as experienced today. Thank you all for your exceptional care, empathy and kindness !

From start to finish, each interaction reflected a high level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. A special thank you to Juanita for the warm and efficient check-in, Debbie for providing reassurance and care in pre-op, and Emily, Bob, and Danielle for their expertise, support, and humor in the OR. Everyone I came into contact with at the Baycare Surgery Center was absolutely amazing. Sue with the pre-procedure call, Michele at check in, Jen my RN, the anesthesiologist and her assistant and all the others that helped with my care. Just fantastic! I would not hesitate to use that facility again if needed. I have zero complaints and tons of praise!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the staff ! Carol and Kayla were very nice to me and very attentive. The whole staff was very efficient, from the sweet lady who called to set up my procedure (she answered all my questions) to the lady who signed me in! They called the next day to check on me, as promised and thanked me for choosing their facility. Everyone was very respectful and patient with an old lady . I highly recommend Bay Care Surgery Center.
